Al tifone, al tifone

L'avvicinamento di un possibile tifone a Taiwan è sempre accompagnato da avvisi di questo tipo :

This message is being sent to inform you that the Joint Typhoon Warning Center and the Taiwan Central Weather Bureau have issued alerts for Typhoon Talim. At 2:30 PM on June 20, Typhoon Talim was located approximately 70 kilometers northwest of Penghu island and is currently moving toward the northeast, tracking along the western coastline of Taiwan with 39-42 kilometers-per-hour speeds. It is expected that Taiwan will be most affected by the adverse weather this evening. However, torrential rain can be expected across the entire island especially the southern regions to Taichung even after the typhoon's center has passed tomorrow morning.
Please monitor news about Typhoon Talim by listening to ICRT (International Community Radio Taipei, FM.100.7 in the Taipei and Kaohsiung areas; and on 100.1 FM in Taichung.) You can also visit their website's News Alert page or Taiwan's Central Weather Bureau website.

e da vari allarmismi, come quello del pediatra di Ming da cui sarei dovuta andare mercoledì mattina e che, martedì, mi ha chiamato : Please come today cause tomollow typhoon. O di un'amica che avrei dovuto vedere per cena : we bettel see each othel on Thulsday cause tomollow typhoon.
E quindi tu aspetti, al sicuro, nella tua casa di mattoni che arrivi il famigerato tifone. Vedi il cielo rannuvolarsi improvvisamente, tingersi di grigio scuro ma poi solo e sempre un lungo acquazzone. Mah ??, come dice Ming.
Non fraintendetemi, meglio così ma mi sembra la favola di "Al lupo, al lupo" di Esopo. 
E' chiaro che il tifone possa cambiare rotta improvvisamente e che, spesso, tocchi marginalmente Taipei per interessare più direttamente altre zone dell'isola, ma qui arriviamo ad un livello tale per cui, se esco per comprare del latte quando il cielo è nuvoloso ma asciutto, alla reception mi guardano come se fossi Mosè che sta per attraversare il Mar Rosso : Ale you sule to go out ? Typhoon is coming !. Appunto.
